ANGOLA, IN -- Steuben County Chairman and past LNC Vice-Chairman Ken Bisson celebrates a birthday this week. Bisson has long been a leader in the Advocates for Self-Government, authors of the famous World's Smallest Political Quiz.

Karen Wolf

LAPORTE, IN -- LaPorte County member Karen Wolf received her MBA this month from IU Northwest. This is Wolf's fourth degree, including degrees in nursing and two in computer science and programming. Wolf works in network architecture for U.S. Steel in Gary, Indiana.
