Bisson

On Tuesday, May 5, 2009 the Libertarian Party of Steuben County held their Annual Convention. Highlighting the agenda was the election of County Party Officers for the next two years. Elected to the position of County Party Chairman was Ken Bisson, M.D. Tom Meisner was elected to serve as Vice-Chairman. Ellen Bisson was elected to serve as Treasurer and Erika Stewart was elected to serve as Secretary.

Since 2009 is not an election year in Indiana, the agenda focused on discussion of 2010 races. The local Libertarian Party candidates who will appear on the November 2010 ballot will be selected at the Annual County Convention next spring. Campaign workers will be needed for each candidate. All county residents interested in the Libertarian Party are invited to call Ken Bisson at (260) 833-6700.

ANGOLA, IN -- Steuben County Chairman and past LNC Vice-Chairman Ken Bisson celebrates a birthday this week. Bisson has long been a leader in the Advocates for Self-Government, authors of the famous World's Smallest Political Quiz.
